You always hear about horror stories when it comes to dealerships. Well, not this one. I saw a 2016 F-150 on their site that was within my budget. I contacted them, and Megan was the salesperson. Purchased a used vehicle easy process great service. Got the vehicle home had an engine trouble, service dept and sales team got it fixed.. for me super happy
Very courteous and timely getting the car in and repairs done.
Scheduled my car on for weatherstrip replacement. Made arrangements for them to pick the vehicle up at 9 am. At 11:30 they had still not picked it up. Gave them a call. They said they were on their way to get it. They showed up at 1 pm. Time management isn't their strong suit.
