I sincerely wonder if most of these reviews are fake. My partner was trying to get his house's basement permited as an ADU. Nick was hired to bring it up to code. Nick instructed me which paperwork to request from the county. Nick performed a "safety inspection" and redid a switch and an outlet and did some additional work and certified the property as good. I called Nick while looking around for someone to repair my attic fan/swamp cooler. Although this is not in his scope of work he spent 5 minutes on the phone with me trying to explain the process and who he could refer me to. What a great customer service!!!! I so appreciated his time. I will definitely be using Knight Electric in the future!!!
