Great experience. Fast since I had to wait because of distance from where I live to the store.
Hands down, the guy to see when your device stops working. ALWAYS, start with Rob. He is very knowledgeable, fair, and willing to help. I’ve been to him multiple times now with iPads that wouldn’t charge and needed a port repair and most recently a broken lcd behind the screen. I’ve also had a laptop repaired that needed a new part inside the port to charge. I found him after being told by others that my iPad wasn’t fixable or that Is was going to cost close to $500! Had my phone repaired here a couple times now and they have always been very fast and the price was not bad considering how much the components cost and labor involved. Id recommend them over any of the other places that offer the same service.
