What a mess! Watch out for the disaster that is the Knight Dermatology Administration and Billing Department. Specifically look out for how they will assure you over and over again that they have checked your insurance coverage per your multiple requests (BEFORE the procedure has taken place) and determined what you owe - only to bill you an excessive amount MONTHS later, and then not pick up the phone or return your 6 messages left at both offices. Ali is my absolute favorite! I trust her with my kids and she treats them like her own family. As a massage therapist I pass out you business cards and information sheets on the dangers of skin cancer. Always referring to Knight Dermatologists because of the elite care we receive as a family when we go.
Set an appt for Cosmetic Dermatology with the Dr.s PAsst; was early for the appt, waited 45 minutes past my appt time, to meet with a 25 year old administrator/salesperson who didn't know the first thing about what she was doing and didn't ask me a single question; I asked to see the Dr. PA who came in with an attitude and kept saying the treatment I wanted was "up to me"- I told her I didn't know what my options were, the cost, what I could expect from the potential treatment- was told again it was "up to me" and I "had to ... read more
Good communication and effort to solve the problem from the office. My visit was good and there was a problem with insurance that later was solved.
He is very fast. He did a very fast "full body" exam. After he was finished and walking out of the room, I called him back and said "what about this?" pointing to a recurrent scab on my scalp (he had not looked at my scalp) which turned out to be Cancer. He still did not bother to look at the other 99% of my scalp, which seems to have some similar scabs.
