I used to use this lab all the time. Customer service has gone very very bad. Quality has also decreased will no longer be using. I have called 4 times and apparently they have no record of me calling at all for 3 weeks anywhere. Terrible service
If there was a minus option on this company it would still be too high. HORRIBLE communication & extremely long delays to complete tasks
Knight has worked with our clinical team and myself, the OM, for quite some time and have had a great working relationship with them. Even if cases aren't here, it is easy to call and to verify status with Knight. Thank you Knight for your excellent work and quick case turnaround time, as well as regular updates to our clinic on case status.
Listen to the other reviews. If you are a dentist considering using this lab, RUN FAR AWAY. They will market their "online lab portal" as convenient and their customer service agents available on hand; however, this is NOT TRUE. What they don't tell you is that they are currently undergoing problems with their online portal and its ability to update patient information/lab tracking... they have "LOST" SEVERAL cases of mine.
