They will market their "online lab portal" as convenient and their customer service agents available on hand; however, this is NOT TRUE. What they don't tell you is that they are currently undergoing problems with their online portal and its ability to update patient information/lab tracking... they have "LOST" SEVERAL cases of mine. The crown quality has been average (too many remakes). The communication between lab and doctor is lacking. Numerous times where the lab techs don’t read instructions. Gets frustrating always wondering whether they got the case correct or not.
