We had another company who said they could fix our issues, we went 4 days with completely no water until they rigged it to where we at least had bathroom water. Then they stopped answering me and my landlords calls. Then my landlord called Knight & Day last Thursday evening and Jake came out the next day. They stayed until almost 9 on Friday night getting everything fixed. Very thankful we are able to do laundry and dishes again! You guys are awesome!!!

You came out late one evening to fix a leak on my shower facet. You charged me $475 for roughly 30 min or less of your time. You Said your work was guaranteed. When I tried calling you 2 days later to informed you that the leak came back you said you'd be out to fix it. I called many times after you didn't show then you blocked me! Wished I had called a trusted plumbing business that back what they say.
