Painful experience. I’ve been using this location for years and never had a problem. I needed verification of fire insurance for a new mortgage, it took 5 unanswered messages, going in person, more phone calls and still didn’t have the info I needed .So In an attempt to speed things up my lawyer reached out, there messages were not returned. So I called again and talked with Kim who was very helpful. All in all Aman held up my new mortgage being closed for 3 extra weeks. I’ll go somewhere else next time.
