The customer service is straight out of a bad movie, unhelpful, rude, and completely unprofessional. I've had better experiences arguing with a brick wall. If you value your sanity, stay far away from these guys. One star is even generous."

Very effecient and polite
When you inform, you are going to email me details of costs after an hour; It does not mean two missed calls after 3 hours where no one speaking after I have answered. At least two personnel did not provide promised information in this location! Also, not sure how other providers providing same SGI Policy/Autopack at a cheaper cost. Looks like charging higher is the reward for taking 5 years of service from you. So, I am definitely not renewing!
Kristine @knightarcher was extremely helpful and professional. She handled everything quickly and made the whole process easy for me. I really appreciate her fast responses and problem-solving. Highly recommend her for great customer service
