No stars! Rude customer service!! We went inside and the rep (an Asian male) ignored us. He was on the phone but didn’t even acknowledge us. When he finally got off the phone, he treated us with disregard. Never going there again.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I phoned this business at 1030 am inquiring about getting a 24 hour permit for a trailer. I was told NO PROBLEM ,call back at 1 when you have the vehicle information handy. Stood at Canadian Tire for 30 minutes on hold , waiting as I needed a permit before they would release the trailer. Long story short , noone even picked up the phone so I had to drive all the way across the city to the location. Walk in and there's ONE person working, utterly ridiculous.
