The people at this Animal Hospital have to be the most wonderful, caring people ever. Monday, we had to have our little 16 yr old Westie put to sleep. I called and they told us to come right on in. We went in so upset, with such heavy hearts. Our Westie was our baby girl. Dr. Frembgen came in the room, checked our Kali out. She explained what she was going to do. She gave the injection, and I held our Kali until she passed from this life and crossed the rainbow bridge. There I am sure she met our son who is playing with her ... read more

Since we have such a big animal family, it's a great comfort to know that they all have an awesome place to go for great health care. The Dr's are patient and smart so you have the full package for your fur babies here!! Love em!!
They take really good care of my dog Sway. They are always very helpful and to be honest they are really reasonable with the charges for services that they provide. Thank you all so much!!!!!!!
I would just like to thank Dr. Sheen and his wonderful staff for the kind and compassionate care they took in caring for Lizzie and Sophie all of these years---right to the very end. Our 15 + year old Lhasa Apsos were the loves our our lives, and the Knickerbocker Road Animal Hospital staff were well aware of it. Dr. Sheen helped Lizzie and Sophie a lot over the years. I miss my cat Bagheera, but when he passed, the kind folks at KRAH were very sensitive to my decision to put him down and the loss that followed. They also, despite being closed during my pet's surgery, called me and let me inside so I could say goodbye. That was so hard, but I'm glad I got that chance.
