I've lived in the building with one roommate and a cat for nearly a year now and this has been a wonderful place to call home. The hardwood floors are wonderful and the historic nature of the building makes it super quirky and interesting. Management (Red Rock, as of a few months ago) has always been kind and respectful to us, and have responded quickly if we experienced problems. The downtown space is fun and the building is right across from Lewis and Clark High School as well as being a 10 minute walk to Riverfront Park. ... read more

Management at the Knickerbocker Apartments has taken and kept $650 from me. Attempted to rent a 1bd and put down $650 as a "security deposit" but had to cancel as they weren't responsive, no contract was signed. They pretended to send me a check in the mail but I have yet to get it (it's been just under four months) and I am now blocked on both managers' phones. If Steve is going to be your landlord, I'd keep a record of every transaction with him, these are not trustworthy people at all.
