I contacted this Firm because they offer the service I needed. The process for sharing client information is very slow, and besides that, they told me I had to wait 15 business days to get an answer about my potential case. They contacted me after about 20 days. Before those 20 days were up, I uploaded all the necessary documents to their portal. After waiting so long, I didn't receive a concrete answer as to why they wouldn't take my case.
