My mower caught on fire, I asked if they were interested in fixing it. “Just take care of the fire damage and send me the bill” kind of deal. They gave me the quote through text. (Super convenient) recommended a new engine instead of repairing the old, gave me the price and I paid it. When I got the mower back, it additionally had a new battery, battery hold downs, the leaking tire was fixed, hydraulic oil topped off, and completely power washed, and I never asked for any of that. That’s what I call above and beyond.

I was picking up steel crates, fast loading but no docks. Very good people. 18 wheelers yes you can drive on route OH-93 if need go south to I64 or coming from south, some sharp curves, try to be light loaded or empty.

Norman was great to deal with and he really wants to make sure you get the right equipment to meet your needs. He answered all our questions and then some. He even let my wife test drive a zero turn to see if she could get used to how it maneuvers. Norman was very honest, helpful and knowledgeable, and wasn't high pressure at all. I feel good about purchasing from Knepps Power Equipment.
