Warren Knepp is an outstanding inspector! My husband and I have been working with him for about a decade now - and he is the only inspector we will use when purchasing in the future. We have used him for 3 primary home purchases and 3 investment properties, and we've always avoided any surprises due to his expertise. He is extremely thorough and happy to talk through things and answer questions in a way that's understandable for everyone. I highly recommend his services, and find his prices to be very fair!
Warren does all of the inspections personally. I've used him on 4 purchases and he provides the best inspection services I have ever experienced. I am a property investor and on my condo purchases he generally spends about 2 hours checking everything and walking through the meaning of all the findings. Warren did a home inspection for us and he was wonderful! Not only did he do a fantastic job inspecting a home (turning on water, taking covers off the furnace, checking outlets...etc.) he also suggested quick fixes for small items throughout the home. Most of them I had never heard before (ie. not using drain-o but pouring a mixture of salt and baking soda down the drain and following that with boiling water).
