Terrible – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called Kneeland Air and Heat to come check my A/C and they sent a service man out to my house. He told me that my system was low on 11 pounds low on Freon and he filled it for me on the outdoor unit. He then went into the attic and told me there was a leak and gave me an estimate of $1450 to $1850 to repair it. Then he charged me over $500 for the Freon and the estimate.
