I decided to take the time to write a review because I was very pleased with my experience at Dr. Kneebone's office. I felt like he really listened to what I was saying and asked me good questions. In doing so, he was able to identify some contributing factors to my problem that I hadn't even considered. I finally don't wake up to pain first thing in the morning and am back to doing the things I love. It is no wonder he was referred to me by a good friend (who had bunion surgery by him). Any good reviews probably came from staff and/or relatives because... I went to this doctor because I had an extremely painful hard growth on top of my foot. My initial negative reaction was when I walked into the office and saw the intake person at the window. I immediately wanted to leave… and I should have trusted my instinct. Her appearance is not appropriate for a work setting anywhere. Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider rush your appointment? Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

I brought my son to Dr. Kneebone because I was concerned about his toes and how they curled. But Dr. Kneebone noticed that my son had what they call knock knees and proscribe some shoes incerts that are working very well for him and he has only had them for about 2 weeks. Dr. Kneebone and his staff were very informative, helpful and very kind.
