Deceptive business practice. I was given an estimate of $1100-1300 over the phone for the replacement of the water heater, hook up of gas dryer and washer. I asked for an in-home estimate and the owner assured me the repair would be no more than $1300. The men removed the hot water heater and said they needed to get more parts. I was not told at this point the price would increase. I would have gone with the competitors in-home estimate of $1400 and stopped them immediately. I shouldn't even give them 1 star. They were out to our mobile home in Sept 2020. They quoted us $1500 to $1800 ... we expected the $1800 which they did say it would be the $1800 once they came out. They ended up charging another $300 and had to come back another day...PLUS we tipped the men because we were just happy to have new pex plumbing at that time..
