Update: I had the most unexpected and unfortunate experience. I booked over three weeks in advance, confirmed the appointment when asked the day before but abruptly received a cancellation from this business just 2.5 hours before the appointment. Their policy is to only offer a reschedule and not a refund. When I asked for a refund, as her future availability does not align with my schedule, I was repeatedly told no refunds would be offered. Kneads Massage Therapy has been one of the better massage places I've ever visited. Thanks to the outstanding work and customer service of the owner. She exhibits the highest forms of professionalism. She is very reliable, punctual and also does a great job at making sure I'm comfortable before each massage. Let me tell you! This God sent of a massage therapist, with these God's Blessings of talented hands🙌🏾 ! She is truly, for lack of a better word, amazing 👏🏾.
