Pre-ordered, prepaid WEEKS inadvance cookies for a holiday party. Made a specific drive to pickup on my dedicated day and time to discover they didn't have them! Dumb company ran out of gingerbread guys and didn't have the professionalism to let me know days ahead of my party! The manager Sergio is terrible.

Sitting at Kneaders on Bell Road in AZ 30 min!!!! Still no food. guy in front of me sped off guy behind me reversed it! ONE person working!!! Drove out of drive through to go to counter. This is horrible…, I can’t believe I paid for this!!! Not the guys fault, he was so nice. Kneaders needs to learn to manage their place. If I could have gotten my money back I would have. I didn’t want to stress the kid any more than he already was. Kneaders bell rd Surprise, AZ. DONT BOTHER!!!!!!!
Attn: let me tell you about my experience with the new store in Pleasant Grove. Yesterday was my grandson first birthday and we were excited to celebrate it with our friends and family. We had prepared for this by making soup, anyway it didn’t taste good so we ran down to the new Kneaders to get some replacement soup, we waited for 45 minutes for the soup and the total came to 87 dollars I handed the cashier 100 dollars bill and they told me that they couldn’t accept cash.
