Order to pick up food. Arrived and waited 15-20 minutes. Would have thought it was already ready for pick up. Food nice and very warm when arrived home. Loved the sausage, egg and cheese croissants for breakfast. 1/6/2026
A bit of a hot mess. Received confirmation my order was ready at 9:15am. Got there at 9:30am. There was no organization to the pick up process. Everyone was just standing around. I finally had to track down an employee and was told they had to get the order ready. I don't understand how I can be told an order is ready when it's not.
6:30 pm on a Saturday night and they tell me they are out of EVERY soup?? The manager here needs better training. I drove another 15 minutes to another Kneaders and they were happy to help me. How frustrating. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this Kneaders. Maybe it’s worth it to drive to other locations and avoid this one.
Food is decent however they shouldn’t have a drive thru if they don’t have enough people to work on it 30 minutes wait for a cold soup and some bread is not worthy at all
