We had to request a couple missing items from our order. Other than that, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy.
Sandwich was half the size. My soup was not closed properly and leaked. The sandwich container was dirty on the outside which made a mess. Horrible location. Lazy workers.
Had to wait 10 minutes to add 1 slice of bread with my soup. Waited longer to get soup ordered ahead of time. Already made just had to serve. 4 people standing around with line of customers. sad.
I recently learned that kneaders offers 50% off of their brownies after 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays, implying that they are the end of the day and end of the week brownies and they would like to offer a 50% off the price of a full size brownie to clear out the inventory for a new batch the next week. However, when we bought three of them this past Saturday, I noticed the size was exactly 50% as well!
