Your recent negative reviews are not due to the kids working behind the counter. It's due to poor management. The owner and management are failing. Something that should only take 20 minutes max to prepare for customers is taking 40 plus minutes to an hour. Your team members are standing around with clueless faces and appear to have no manager on duty regularly. Especially later in the evening. Do better!
Where do I begin? Ordered through the app and had a pickup time at 6:50. When we finally got our food it was 7:31pm. But wait! There’s more! All the sandwiches were cold when we finally got them…and my son’s “pesto chicken” had ZERO pesto on it… While we’re waiting we could hear 2 employees talking. One was a basic employee and the other was the manager. He told her they were out of banana cream pie and she told him to “just give them something”. My son was with me and heard them as well.
