I haven't been to Kneaders in a year because the sandwiches weren't as good as they used to be. Thought I'd give them another try. Ordered a Veggie sandwich with Swiss cheese on sourdough bread. I was a block away when I opened it. Wrong bread, wrong cheese, and the bread used tasted 3 days old. So sad. I used to love this place...
i finally came here for breakfast last week after having it recommend to me, and it was super disappointing to say the least. the breakfast sandwiches were burnt, seemed low quality, and the chai i got was the absolute worst chai ive ever had. i took one sip and threw it away. considering how expensive this place is you'd think the food would at least be able to compete with all the other bakeries around the city. though i will say, the raspberry lemon cake was good. i won't be back.
Was told that they will no longer have soup available within 1.5 hours of closing. What kind of a business model is this??
