I'm hoping my experience was an anomaly. First I want to say the staff was extremely friendly. They were just soooo slow and did not get the order correct. My MIL and I entered the store at approximately 6:40-6:45, and were the only two customers both inside the store and drive through. So this can't be blamed for being dinner rush. I am very disappointed this time around. I did an UE order for delivery not usually a problem. This was definitely a miss I don't know if they were just super busy or felt rushed but the turkey cranberry sandwiches were practically thrown together, little to no cranberry and the soup looks like they just threw what was left in a pot its super thick not a soup consistency. This was really sad what should be an easy go to means we probably won't order again.
The place went really downhill which is unfortunate because I really liked it a few years ago. I’ve come here twice in the past few months and the food quality just sucks compared to how it used to be. The tomato soup is super thick, the chicken pesto sandwich barely has pesto butter on it, the sweet breads are hard. It’s disappointing the only good thing is the french toast, and even then it’s not the greatest anymore. 40 dollars later for two people and its just truly not worth it anymore.
