Went through the drive through at 11:15 am on Oct 28th. Got a couple sandwiches and two coffees. Great sandwiches but the coffees were cold. Walked inside and complained about the coffee temp. The Gal at the counter just warmed them up by putting them in the microwave! Weird. I wont be back
Come in for the baked goods and stay for lunch - you won't regret it. Or you can come for lunch and take home baked goods - I dare you to resist!
Ah another loss to shrinkflation… value is gone. You used to get so much more food for less. It’s sad seeing them just squeeze it by the consumer rather than being upfront.
I've given the Cougar boulevard location another chance and was pleased with the counter service. The young man assisting was helpful and kind. Our food was provided quickly. I will consider raising the star rating higher if subsequent visits are as pleasant.
