Very relaxing and much better than other places I've been. Arden is super knowledgeable and focuses on pressure points and actual problema rather than just deep tissue massage. We're lucky to have him in Sioux Falls.
Arden is wonderful! I have fibromyalgia and he is very conscious of the pressure he uses. He is very self aware and aware of his patients, always checking in. He cares about what needs to get worked on and his craniosacral work is amazing. I always walk in with pain and have very little to no pain when I'm leaving. His room is very meditative making it perfect for relaxation. He's worth every penny spent on the massage.

Arden was extremely caring and professional. I immediately felt at ease in his presence. He checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure that I was comfortable. Arden’s integration of cranial sacral therapy and massage gave me immediate relief for the pain I was experiencing.
