I have mixed feelings about my experience at Knead NYC. The Thai massage itself was good and did feel authentically Thai, with excellent stretching that really worked my body so I was genuinely satisfied with the massage portion. However, other aspects of the experience were slightly off-putting. Bowie was great! I had so much tension and a lot of knots in my shoulders and calves and she patiently worked them out despite being out of time for our session to ensure I have as much relief as possible. Everyone is very kind in the office as well. Highly recommend!

Without a doubt, one of the best and most therapeutic massages I've ever had. My husband and I booked a couples massage with Jae and Bo, and we are fairly muscular men weighing close to 200 lbs, these two massage therapists exerted such strength and even, continuous pressure they relaxed sore points we didn't even know we had. I'd characterize it as a cross between sports massage and deep tissue with perhaps a little chiropractic movement thrown in. Highly recommend.

Bo and Alyssa were amazing! They focused on every single knot and after the massage we felt so clear headed and relaxed.

Thanks to Bovie, I had a great experience! She paid close attention to my problem areas (neck and shoulders) and kneaded out my knots exceptionally! And the head massage was amazing! I definitely recommend!
