Was always my go to place but since returning... Book an appointment all you want they don't check them. I waited half hour for my service today and she didn't show up. Rynas nails at centre mall took me no problem and did a stand up job!
I booked online the evening prior, for a manicure appt for 3 people, as a special treat to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday (and first salon manicure). We wanted (and paid for) a basic manicure with regular polish but for some reason we all got different levels of service. My daughter didn't even get a towel (just a used sheet of paper to rest her hands on), no cleaning, minimal shaping and although she chose a light colour the polish did not reach opacity...essentially just a clear coat. What a lovely experience visiting KNC nails again, they did such a wonderful job and everyone who works there is so lovely to talk to. My French nails and pedicure turned out fabulous and Kelly and Tammy were amazing and very welcoming 🥰
I went to KNC nails for the first time today based on many recommendations in the crown point neighbourhood group. I had such a great experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I got the pleasure of meeting Tina who did an outstanding job on my nails. Her attention to detail and professionalism made me feel very valued. I'm really happy I found a nail salon.I can go to continuously.
