Was always my go to place but since returning... Book an appointment all you want they don't check them. I waited half hour for my service today and she didn't show up. Rynas nails at centre mall took me no problem and did a stand up job!
I booked online the evening prior, for a manicure appt for 3 people, as a special treat to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday (and first salon manicure). We wanted (and paid for) a basic manicure with regular polish but for some reason we all got different levels of service. My daughter didn't even get a towel (just a used sheet of paper to rest her hands on), no cleaning, minimal shaping and although she chose a light colour the polish did not reach opacity...essentially just a clear coat.
