Always an amazing experience at KNC! These women work so hard and always go above and beyond to make sure you have a great appointment. I’ve been coming here since 2019 and have never been disappointed! Bring in a picture of what you’re looking for and they do an incredible job bringing it to life. They do fantastic nails, pedicures and waxing, and all of the ladies are wonderful! I just got my nails done this morning I got an acrylic set and pedicure done. The staff was nothing but professional, kind, and did a wonderful job. I have been coming to this salon for 6 years and the service is always above and beyond. I would definitely recommend coming here. Unfortunately some customers are rude and don’t understand how the business works.
Ok I hate coming here not sure why I gave them another chance. The girl litterally turned off the massage chair while it was going. Then I turned it back on and she turned it off again and said I cant work with the chair moving. Whats the point of having the massage chair?????? Terrible rude people here. Terrible job on the nails too save your money !

I’m disappointed with my experience and unfortunately won’t be returning. I paid $50 for a fill, and while I understand that no service is always perfect, I expected a higher level of quality for the price. Unfortunately, my nails were left quite bumpy and uneven, and the overall finish was not as clean or polished as I had hoped. I always appreciate the time and effort that goes into these services, but in this case, I don’t feel the result reflected the $50 price point. I hope this feedback is helpful moving forward.
