Knauz Continental Mercedes they are very professional people they take care of me very well especially Michael Jakus Manager of the service department he just explained me everything and he was so helpful I recommend them for the future I will definitely use them for sure!
I contacted Knauz Continental about leasing a 2025 GLS450 demo. What I got back from General Sales Manager Hans Kribbel was one of the most dismissive and frankly rude responses I've ever received from any business. Instead of a simple "thanks, but we can't accommodate that deal," I got an abrupt shutdown saying they're "not able to engage in any further negotiation for this or any similar constructed deal." My mother purchased a new car from Rene Delgado at this location. She felt Rene was very patient and kind to answer her many questions! My Mother came back twice to ask about how things worked and Rene always had time for her.
I brought my wife’s 2024 C300 in for service and WOW! Excellent service from start to finish. They explained everything throughly, cleaned the car well and even shuttled me to and from work! Jim in service is an absolute professional! I wound give 10 stars if I could.
After looking for about 3 months, decided to buy at Knauz. Rene ( salesperson) was exceptional in explaining and introducing all new features. HE knows his job.
