My mother purchased a new car from Rene Delgado at this location. She felt Rene was very patient and kind to answer her many questions! My Mother came back twice to ask about how things worked and Rene always had time for her.
I brought my wife’s 2024 C300 in for service and WOW! Excellent service from start to finish. They explained everything throughly, cleaned the car well and even shuttled me to and from work! Jim in service is an absolute professional! I wound give 10 stars if I could.
After looking for about 3 months, decided to buy at Knauz. Rene ( salesperson) was exceptional in explaining and introducing all new features. HE knows his job.
I had such a great experience in the service department last Sat. Great customer service from their service advisor Jimmy. He was very friendly and explained everything to me perfectly. Wish more dealerships had advisors like him
