Frustrating... I have purchased several cars from Knauz ... shop local? Had a tire issue today so stopped in before it went flat . I asked if I could get a loaner and was told not possible I’d have to wait but it should not be more than 40 minutes . Within the 10 minutes they were checking my car in two men who also stopped by with a problem asked about loaner cars were given cars and told no problem!
