It depends on which brand you are shopping for. We have purchased five cars (three different brands) from Knauz. Yesterday, we went into one store and were ignored for a long time until a woman asked if we had been helped. When we told her no, she went over to the two guys sitting 15 feet from us the whole time, and it seemed like they were negotiating who would deal with us. The guy was nice enough, but come on!
