I personally have always had a good experience with anybody there if it was a place I had to buy a new car I would probably go there
Wanted to buy and they were not interested. Went online to see the inventory/ saw What I wanted and got there no one insite to help. Wanted to take the rover for a drive they gave me the keys and said I could sit in it. I've never been to a car dealership where they wouldn't let me drive the vehicle. Never drove it but still sat down to let them know I was paying cash. Went over how much I would write them a check for. Still never drove it. But Love Rovers. First review EVER because I’m so mad. This past Thursday evening I scheduled a test drive for today (Sat @ 1:00 CT). Within the same text string they confirm the vehicle is in stock, and confirm the date and time of the appointment. Remember, this is Thursday night. So I drive 1.5 hours to the appointment only to find out they sold the car on Wednesday. Is it my responsibility to confirm the car is still in stock before making the trip? Is it just me, or should they have notified me before I burned 3 hours of my day?
