Poor communication and follow up! Poor customer service. I had to send another text after I sent the photos that were requested of my log home. No confirmation that photos were received.-sent another text to see if this was the normal process. This was a week and 3 days after I sent photos. Got a response that my text fell thru cracks, and he did apologize and stated I would get a call later that day.
