Worst experience ever. They cancelled my appointment 20 minutes before it, when I was almost there, and I have an hour drive to their place, so I drove back and forth to Portland for no reason. I have been waiting for this appointment for several weeks, and really relied on that. I took time off my work. They didn't offer any apologies, the stylist didn't even call me back. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior and "couldn't care less" attitude to people.
