I came in with my elderly grandmother to get the band adjusted for a watch I bought her from a different store. The woman that helped us was so professional and kind, and after adjusting the band she told us that we didn’t owe anything and that she was happy to help. I thought this was such a nice gesture and wanted to say thank you again.
By far the best jewellery shop in town. I dropped in to have a bracelet repaired, and they cleaned my diamonds complimentary. I have had jewellery reimagined and given new life and loved the pieces even more than before. Thank you.
I came in with a herringbone chain necklace which I was sure was beyond repair, and was so overjoyed when I was told they could fix it!! Kiran is so lovely and helpful, and the turnaround was even faster than expected! I’m so happy with the work they did and would 100% recommend the team at Knar; I will definitely be returning for any of my jewelry needs in the future :)
