I felt like I made a new friend! Rhoni really is one of the most empathetic people I have ever met. She was understanding about my anxiety about being touched and was gentle as pos for the whole appointment. I also received great hair care advice for what to do when I am at home. Other staff were also very friendly and welcoming. She was very communicative about what length and how many braids I wanted. Roni did a great job braiding my hair. She didn't braid it too tight or too loose. It wax just right. She is a great hair stylist!

Knappy By Nature is one of the more we’ll versed stylist I have met since moving here. Always on time, my hair loves her and I enjoy all the girl talk too! I have natural hair and like crochet braids for vacations and Rhoni keeps my hair healthy!
