didn't make up things to do
they shouldn't lie about taking a special socket from the glove box used to take wheels off truck then keep the tool and say they used or had their own tool. the previous owner of the truck went to talk with them and found that is was the tool that went with the wheels of the truck. they flat out lied to my daughter that they had their own tool and did not use the one in the truck. Thieves....
Our transmission went out in our Chevy 2500. Jeff and his guys got our truck in right away. They even gave recommendations to save money by having it rebuilt by other companies. We opted to have Knapp’s do the replacement instead of the rebuild as we trust them. Very quick turn around. Very friendly staff. Very reasonable prices. It will be our go to place for auto repair
