So let me start this review with a bit of background about myself as well as what I was looking for in a bike shop. This is the place to go for all your cycling needs! Pete, Steph and their staff are knowledgeable, friendly and take the time to ensure you have a great experience. They also support local community events / causes / charities such as the Anchor House Ride for Runaways, so support your local small business! Highly recommended for sales and service. I'm on my third bike from Knapp's and bring all of them in for service; work done right the first time, every time.
