I’ve been trying to contact this company since June 1. Calls, email. My wife’s bike was stolen & I wanted them to look up the serial number since the sold it to us & I wanted to order a new one. I’ll never spend another penny here & would advise others against it as well. I even went to the store, still no one there, still no answer on the phone, still no response to email, but they got the landscapers doing the place up nice. They just can’t pay attention to they’re customers

Always excellent service at Knapps! Also they're the only Pivot dealer I know of, and Pivot is one of the best brands out there. Keep up the great work!
Great bike shop thanks to them I got a new gaint bike
Took our son in today to buy the necessities to upgrade to tubeless tires. Pete offered to show us exactly how to do it, and ended up completing the installation right then and there - explaining each step along the way! Super-friendly, fantastic service, and excellent prices. Thank you - we will be back!!
