Living here has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Being right downtown means I can walk to just about everything—groceries, shops, even a bakery right downstairs (which is dangerously good in the best way). The location is unbeatable for anyone who likes being part of a real, walkable neighborhood. I’ve been here for a year, the apartments are nice but the management company is awful and shady as heck. They offered new lease incentives when I signed up- half of it they properly applied to move in costs. The other half was to come to me months after I moved in (which they didn’t disclose). When I didn’t get it I had to spend 9 months chasing after them to get them to issue it. Despite this I like my unit, so I wanted to renew my lease. I am only giving this place a 5 star review for only one reason; Marissa! I was a former resident of Capital View which she was also the property manager of. My father passed away and I was gong to have my mom move in with my husband and myself. She instantly wanted me to make the transition over to Knapp's Center. She showed us the place and I fell in love. Marissa made the entire transition from one property to another so easy and with out headache.
