The staff is great and very helpful
Bought my wife a pair of 10k gold loops here. She lost one in a pool that we found, luckily. She brought them back and they "fixed" it. Just lost it again, for good. If I'm tempted to come back to Knapett, I'll save myself the time and light a few hundred dollars on fire.
I took my bracelet here to get readjusted. They dont have a goldsmith on site which means they ship it to someone they work with. My issue is my bracelet had extra links that were not given back to me and I had to drill them to give them back. I also noticed one of my motifs on my vca had been tampered with as I believe the goldsmith was trying to either replicate it and cut it and sauntered it back or messed up and tries to fix it. A perfect experience! I had a link from my bracelet turned in to a pair of earrings for my sister, and they were friendly, patient, showed me what it might look like with parts, and very reasonably priced. The earrings turned out so pretty and I can’t wait to give them to my sister!
