The best work on my wedding and engagement rings after 44 yrs of wearing. The one wore thin. It was resized and banded together. It looks as nice as when they were purchased. Im so happy I had them "fix them" to wearable. Highly recommended.
We visited Knappett down today and we had a great experience with Lilibeth. We recently got engaged and wanted to get the ring looked at and possibly resized so decided to go local, Lilibeth was very knowledgeable she provided us with really good information about rings she even explained to me that the ring doesn’t need to be resized for now. I will be back for sure for ring cleaning. They had some amazing jewellery in store too. Thanks so much Lilibeth!!
Great Customer Service! Pros at repairs! Quality! This was the second time with repairs. There was a personal concern outside of the business. Thanks for walking me to my Vehicle.
The staff is great and very helpful
Bought my wife a pair of 10k gold loops here. She lost one in a pool that we found, luckily. She brought them back and they "fixed" it. Just lost it again, for good. If I'm tempted to come back to Knapett, I'll save myself the time and light a few hundred dollars on fire.
