We recently decided to upgrade out kitchen with granite counters and tile backsplash. The staff was great to work with keeping us update on when materials would be in and when the installer could be scheduled. The installer did a outstanding job. Great Job Knapp Tile & Flooring and I would defiantly recommend them to everyone.
Due to a flood in our basement, we called Knapp tile to do carpet and tile for us. Kim and Amy were so helpful to me in picking out what we needed! They have a beautiful display of their products and so many great choices. Brandon, on top of being an all around nice guy, was so helpful in finding a good layout of some tile work.The guys that finished the job were great and didn't leave a mess which I appreciated!
