Stop being irresponsible crooks. They operated an HOA in Ankeny , let everything get run down, and then when a huge issue arose that they evidently hid, hey bailed out
Don’t rent from this property. Horrible customer service. I actually had a manager yell at me and then hang up. The previous owners took care of the tenants while this property management doesn’t!

Moved to Woodhaven in Polk City because of the promise to have large mature trees in the neighborhood. When we first moved in their were owls, deer, and other wildlife in abundance. Well, today they are tearing down the one of the last large trees. Not good planning on Knapps part. They could have planned the lots out better to account for the existing trees. Now we will look like every other neighborhood.
