Mr. Knapp’s wife (Judy) yelled at me on the phone, screamed at me in her office, and threatened to “personally escort” me off [her] property. She is unprofessional and I was shocked by this treatment.

The message suggested he needed to call back as soon as possible or else they would not be able to help him with his case. office is Very rude, never spoke to mr. knapp. Didnt use all our information. messed up 1 tickets case and wanted more money to fix it. do not use this attorney you can do better going to court and asking yourself.
I had knapp handle two of my tickets and i got notice from them that my tickets had been dismissed. Well four months down the road i receive a letter stating that i had warrants. When i call the office they give me the run-around, and the receptionist is down right rude. Im sorry your salary is 7.25 but that doesnt mean you treat your clients like trash.. Look for another attorney.
It will cost you more and cost you more of your time cause they can't do it right ! They lie and unprofessional people!
They will not show up for court and you will have a warrant. The office staff will lie and tell you what you want to hear or not retur your calls. It will also cost you more too use them in the long run.
