Excellent dentist. Have been going here for years. He is very thorough with you. He explains everything, show you your xrays and provides lots of demonstations. You know where you stand with your mouth hygiene and I have never felt like I was being duped. He offers a "don't believe me, get a second opinion" approach which is nice knowing he doesn't WANT to make a quick buck off you. Staff is personable and easy to make appointments with
This practice is a joke. Dr Knapp decided to terminate my relationship with his office because I never received a confirm call from his practice and he wanted to charge me a $30 fee. This office is completely unprofessional and I will make sure to follow up on this matter further.
Rude. Sloppy work. Terrible body odor.
