I chose a $7 wash. It did a terrible job and I got charged $10. I won’t be back. Edit: due to the prompt offer of a free wash, I have modified to 3 stars. Possible additional modifications may happen later, after the free wash.

I will not be returning to this car wash after a service worker rudely accused me of moving cones in order to use the auto wash. When I told him I did not move the cones (an absurd thought, to be honest), he continued to accuse me. He then made the ridiculous claim that I should’ve known the car wash was closed because there were cones all over the place. This was a flat-out lie. Updating my review for Carlovers: Due to the extreme cold weather conditions, I ran into an issue with the automated car wash not working. I ended up leaving to use another car wash that day .... But due to swiping my card at CarLovers, my card was charged. I contacted the owner as soon as I saw the charge & he IMMEDIATELY responded. No hesitation, just action & exact communication as to how he would correct the situation. In this day, this deserves a call out!!!
