Took my Audi Q5 in and Knapp was incredible. Called ahead and got a quote over the phone. Brought it in and they Fixed it same day and had great conversation with the owner Robert while I waited. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
Great service and very trusting team. Most shops and dealerships try to hassle, overcharge and sell you repairs you do not need. Robert and his team took care of my Audi in no time. Highly recommend.
I wish that I could say fantastic things about Robert and his crew. Robert seemed like a cool dude out of the gate. But I had such a disappointing experience with KNAPP. My A/C was working but making a BIG noise. Diagnosis: shot compressor. The mechanic replaced the compressor. I had to return to the shop days later because the A/C and blower motor were cutting out on inclines. Evidently when the mechanic replaced the compressor, he failed to notice that the vacuum hose had a huge rent in it and that the reservoir/ valve che... read more
