Dealing with these people is horrible. I will never use them again. I had a Sortimo upfit done on my van. The sales people never answered any of the questions I had about the product and didn’t ask me anything about how I wanted the shelving set up. They took forever to get me back a quote. Once I had it and gave them my card information for the deposit it took forever for them to actually charge it. It took forever for the items I ordered to come in. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Ordered 2 service body beds at the end of January. Was told they would be there in 6 weeks. Just received the trucks today. 11 weeks later. They WILL NOT return phone calls either. And to top it off my drivers got there to pick the trucks up and one is missing the spare tire. And of course they said it wasn't on the truck when we took them. Horrible customer service
Tim and Tim along with their staff of dedicated professionals succeeded where others had failed to produce what I needed. The attention to detail shown on our project was second to none. This facility did a most excellent job of customizing and installing our bed. They even stayed after hours to make sure it was done right. I will do business with them again. Well worth the six hour drive. Perfection achieved!
