I’m a Canadian home owner in Toronto On Canada who has 35 built in drawer units with Knape and Vogt drawer slides. My units are 20 years old and I just had a few of the ball bearing slides fail. I contacted the company and dealt with Dean Whipple. The customer service was top notch He responded immediately and once we determined the correct hardware he shipped me the replacement items free of charge. I couldn’t have expected better service Kudos to this company and Dean.
