Nancy is the best and the sweetest! She is quick, amazing at her work and she listens when you have an issue with your nails. I will be booking my future appointments with her from now on!
What a terrible job they do. After my hard gel manicure 💅 half of the gel was left on my natural nails after taking out the hard gel. They ruined my natural nails completely. Very unprofessional. The owner of this salon is very rude, she speaks a different language even when you ask her a questions in English 😂 always unhappy. The only time she smiles is when you reach the register to pay 💲
I'm extremely hesitant to set foot in that salon. The environment is unsanitary, and I have serious doubts about their competence. To make matters worse, the staff engages in conversations and laughter in their native language while attending to clients, which I find completely unprofessional. I had to request that they stop working on me, and I promptly left. The experience was utterly unprofessional and rude. I would strongly advise against visiting this salon.
First time here and i got tips done on the 27th of March and its April 1st and they’re already popping off just by not doing anything.
