I was charged 40 for a polish change. She didn't even wash my feet. She used a drill on my finger and I ended up in the ER.
CiCi was the lady that helped me this time. I liked that she paid attention when I would say oooh or wiggle my toe because the tool she was using pulled my skin or whatever noticed she would pause and slowly proceed while looking up at me after each nip to make sure she was continuing to cause me pain.
