Lawyer Kiran has charged undisclosed additional amounts during closing.. has lot of attitude with low knowledge.. doesn't answer immediately even on day of closing.. she was not able to handle mortgage closing properly on time and still charged super high price.. she probably a good sales person
We recently worked with KN Law for our condo closing, and we could not be more grateful for their dedication and professionalism. It was my first time working with KN Law and I could not have asked for a better team to oversee our purchase. Closing on a property as first time home buyers was incredibly stressful but KN Law was extremely attentive, patient, and thorough. They had our best interest at heart and constantly kept us informed. They made us feel more at ease throughout the process. I appreciated all the effort they put into our closing and will most definitely use their services for future purchases again!

Beware of these fraud people. This law firm think that clients are stupid. We contacted them for our property purchase. Their sales guy Nalin sent a quote for Stewart Title Insurance while their retainer mentioned First Canadian Title Insurance. There is a difference of 200-300 dollars in both these insurances which the firm is charging from clients’ funds. They must be using this trick on all clients. This firm needs to be reported to law society.
