**Terrible service!** I called in the morning to schedule an appointment for a full set of acrylic nails. My appointment was at 3:00 p.m., and I arrived at 3:08 p.m. because I couldn't find parking. The person working the front desk snot rocketed right onto the floor. My mom stepped in some other persons cold feet water thinking it was ready for her as she was filling the tub right next to it up. Plenty of time for someone to stop her and no one did. Dirty floors, dirty pedi chair (other persons acrylic shavings all over my phone and wallet when I left… I just got regular polish on my toes and had no prior gel or anything that was removed). DO NOT come here for a massage!! It was the worst massage experience in my life and I had to abruptly end it after only 20 mins. They didn't speak any english and used some type of Chinese lotion that burned my skin. She kept lathering it on and because it was a slow burn, I had no idea of the effects until 15-20 minutes in. Even my passive nature tried to stomach through it, but it was so strong the pain I had to stop. I was in such pain, I thought I was going to get permanent marks. I highly recommend this nail salon!!! The nail techs are always so kind and they actually listen to what you want!!! Ying gives the best massages while getting pedicures!!
