This was my fourth orthotic brace and shoes, and my third in the Fresno area. The service and products were far superior to the previous provider. The doctor was very thorough and helpful. I have been wearing them a couple of months and so far no adjustments necessary. That's a first in my experience. Highly recommend his service.
I'll start out with 4 stars even though I have not received y shoes yet. The last pair of shoes I got from a podiatrist was a cheap brand that you can purchase on Amazon for around $35.00. At this clinic Dr. Najeeb has an insert made from a mold he takes of your feet, which is a major cut above the generic insert of my last pair. I'm hoping for a good fit and shoe that doesnt start falling apart after 6 mos of wear. Its a clean office, nothing fancy, with a courteous staff and I assume the Dr. knows his stuff. I had a melanoma removed from my foot 18 months before I saw this doctor I had been struggling to keep a skin graft healed and my dermatologist recommend I try an orthotic . I was able to get an immediate appointment with Dr and he tried three different orthotics and none worked. He found a piece of material he had left over from a previous patient. I’m giving 2 stars because the receptionist was nice, I did get a quote with insurance in writing, and the service was quick. However, if you need an orthotic, especiallly an AFO, do not bother with this place. The orthotist literally told me the only AFO available to me was this bulky dinosaur age version…WHILE I was looking at posters on the wall of newer AFO’s. It’s almost too absurd to be real.
